Ratings Explained

You can rate providers on the following attributes:

Value - defined as the competitive nature of their rates. i.e. are you getting value for your money.

Quality - The call quality of the service. Are your inbound and outbound calls clear to the destinations you regularly call?

Features - The features and functions the Provider offers such as voice mail, free calls, etc.

Support - The level of support offered and the responsiveness and knowledge of the support team.

Overall - Voxalot calculates an overall rating based on the ratings you provided on each of the four attributes above.
